En finalitzar, l\u2019acad\u00e8mic numerari, molt il\u00b7lustre senyor Antoni Ca\u00f1ellas Trobat, llegeix el discurs inaugural del Curs Acad\u00e8mic 2013 que du com a t\u00edtol \u201c<\/em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evolucion\u00f3 la bipedestaci\u00f3n hasta el ser humano actual?: An\u00e1lisis adaptativo del segmento lumbo-sacro-p\u00e9lvico.\u201d<\/em>, lli\u00e7\u00f3 que estatut\u00e0riament li correspon per antiguitat.<\/p>\n

Una documentada, interessant i molt amena exposici\u00f3 sobre la import\u00e0ncia de la bipedestaci\u00f3 als hom\u00ednids, que permet aconseguir un desenvolupament molt significatiu, dins aquest segment anat\u00f2mic, al llarc de la filog\u00e8nia del home des de 4 millions d\u00b4anys enrera.
